The dry, solar 2020 vintage has produced some of our most generous wines, and this Preamble is no exception. Deep golden, almost amber in the glass, you can practically see the fruit’s ripeness and concentration. Delicate red berry aromas on the nose cloak the complexity beneath. The first sip reveals sunny orchard fruits, Mirabelle plum, and, with a little patience, the signature apricot and orange citrus notes of our pinot noir. Gently warming vanilla and cinnamon spices and a round, creamy texture perfectly harmonise with the fruit’s depth.
