Hundred Hills produces world-class English sparkling wines from a single 17-hectare estate in the steep sloped, chalky Stonor Valley, nestled in the Chiltern Hills between Oxford and Henley-on-Thames, less than an hour from London.

Crafted in our boutique winery, where sustainability and quality have been embedded by design, Hundred Hills wines are made exclusively from the finest grapes, carefully selected after at least 100 days on the vine. Each vintage is a true reflection of the season, with only the highest-quality grapes used to create a limited range of wines.
Renowned for their precision, our wines are celebrated for their ability to complement haute cuisine and are now enjoyed in over 40 Michelin-starred restaurants and the UK’s most prestigious hotels and clubs, including The Connaught, The Dorchester, 67 Pall Mall, Claridge’s, Raffles at the OWO, Ten Trinity Square, Alain Ducasse, Hélène Darroze, Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, and The Fat Duck.
Surrounded by ancient woodland and nestled in a chalk valley in the Oxfordshire countryside, our English sparkling wines are crafted to showcase the unique character of our Oxfordshire chalk valley terroir.
We produce exclusively vintage wines, and our winemaking is minimalist in style allowing a pure expression of our terroir each vintage. A wine tasting at Hundred Hills offers the chance to not only explore our wines but to discover how vintage variation plays out in the glass.
Wine tastings take place in our award-winning winery, where guests look out over our vines and watch the passing rhythms of the seasons that will define that year’s vintage unfold before them.
Friends of Hundred Hills enjoy year-round invitations to exclusive winery events, wine tastings, and release parties at the Winery. From drinks among the Amphitheatre vines to comparative tastings of the same wine in magnum and standard bottles, our Friends events offers opportunities to go behind the scenes at the winery, explore our wines in greater depth, and experience the beautiful vineyard setting across every season.
Friends also receive an invitation to our annual harvest visit. As one of the few English wine estates with our winery on site, harvest at Hundred Hills is a rare opportunity to
to see harvest in action, from grapes arriving at the press to tasting fresh musts as they flow. For any sparkling wine enthusiast, it is an immersive and memorable experience.
