From a single, south-facing vineyard of Pinot Noir harvested late in the 2019 season, this magnum release deepens the expression of our first-ever Blanc de Noirs. Fermented in stainless steel through both alcoholic and full malolactic fermentation, then carefully aged for 42 months on lees, this artisanal wine is a rare and beautifully composed expression of our single southeast-facing Pinot Noir parcel.

Aromas of wild strawberry, red apple and Morello cherry are layered with hints of peach skin and rosehip. The palate is rounded and generous, with notes of ripe nectarine, poached pear and a creamy softness that builds with time in the glass. A rare and beautifully composed sparkling Blanc de Noirs.
