The touch of extra-brut dosage transforms this wine, revealing a juiciness to the orchard and stone fruits, a caramelised aroma to the pastry notes, reminiscent of a fresh apple pie, and a broad weight on the palate. The Zero Dosage produced in very small quantities.
Blanc de Blancs 2019

Intense layers of ripe lemon zest, limes and yuzu fill the palate balanced by a sea spray minerality and nutty, umami finish. This wine has tremendous potential to age over the coming decades.
First Edition 2018

A fine balance of fruit and texture, it leads with a subtle smoky note of struck flintstones, then layers of bright and crystalline citrus, lemon through to tangerine, wrapped in creamier notes of yellow melon and tangy apricot. It finishes with a long warm finish of buttery vanilla pastry dusted in cinnamon.
