The touch of extra-brut dosage transforms this wine, revealing a juiciness to the orchard and stone fruits, a caramelised aroma to the pastry notes, reminiscent of a fresh apple pie, and a broad weight on the palate. The Zero Dosage produced in very small quantities.
2019 Blanc de Blancs

Intense layers of ripe lemon zest, limes and yuzu fill the palate balanced by a sea spray minerality and nutty, umami finish. This wine has tremendous potential to age over the coming decades.
2019 Blanc de Noirs

A core of vibrant acidity draws together the generous, round palate of ripe Pinot Noir. Intense layers of red fruit; macerated strawberry, raspberries, red apple and Morello cherries lead into a deeper layer of ripe nectarine and juicy flat peaches with cream.
