The 2021 vintage was long and cool, rewarding those who coaxed their grapes through to a late October harvest, with wines of freshness, purity and delicacy. Golden straw coloured in the glass with a beautiful clarity, this vintage’s Preamble is a tightly knit band of yellow apple and pear, centred around a core of crisp acidity.
